Swing practice

Clean practice
clean 5, press 3 (16kg) 5x each side
chins 5x2
Watiers carry 8kg 30sec x 4 min
stretch.

Took it easy today. My shoulder is finally feeling pretty good, like the best it has since I injured it. Don't want to get greedy. Been doing some ER/PNF with it. Got full motion first. Have some thoracic soreness as well.
